This is the main component of the software in which you can view the appointments that you and your staff have.
Appointments can be made and associated with any number of clients, staff members and resources.
The client database is seamlessly integrated and provides the ability to store a variety of client information.
Accounts can be used to bring together clients that are financially dependant (e.g. family members).
Client fees for private appointments are flexible and cater for a wide variety of situations.
Employee salaries are calculated based on flexible salary rates that you configure.
The point of sale component allows you to perform all necessary sales functions.
A product database holds all of your products including a "favourites" list.
discounts and client packages/passes
Discounts and client packages or passes can be set up and purchased to cover multi-appointment discounts (e.g. 5 appointment pass and wedding packages).
Takings are easily balanced with our balancing window.
An extensive set of reports are integrated into the application.
Term classes can be easily managed using the time saving term check-in window and batch invoicing all clients in a term.
The Administration component allows setup of all relevant configuration within the system. Backup and restore functionality is also provided.
