What is appointmanager?

appointmanager is a desktop application that will help manage businesses that provide private lessons and term classes for their clients, such as:

• dance studios

• cheerleading schools

• swim schools

• martial arts schools

• most other diary or term related business

appointmanager provides the following functionality in one simple, easy to navigate, user friendly application:

• View and organise your diary easily and keep track of the appointments that you or any of your staff have

• Calculate fees that your clients owe based on flexible fee rates

• Calculate employee salaries based on flexible salary rules

• Provide you with Point Of Sale functionality including product sales and daily takings balancing

• Use of client discounts and "multiple-use" cards (eg 5 appointment pass/voucher)

• Manage your client database and associated information

• Manage term classes giving easy check in of clients and bringing together invoicing for many clients (e.g. all clients in a family) in many classes

• View and manage your resource bookings (e.g. floor spaces) from the diary

• View and print many reports such as reports for analysing your business incomings and outgoings, takings reports, sales reports, client reports, account balances, invoices, employee salaries, term attendance and invoicing reports

• appointmanager currently runs on Windows 2000, XP or Vista
